Where do you ship to?
We primarily ship to the United States, but also offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
Most of our products shipped to the United States ship free. However, it does depend on the product ordered, shipping weight, and where you would like the product delivered.
How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the products ordered and the location they are being shipped to. Most products are delivered within 2-3 weeks; However, if you are ever concerned about your product deliver please send us an email here.
Why didn’t my shipment come in one package?
We work with various international and domestic warehouses all over the world; Therefore, your products may be shipped separately so that they may arrive faster. So please don’t panic if you’re entire orders is not delivered at the same time….they are on their way!!!!
I paid for Priority Fulfillment, where is my order?
When you select Priority Fulfillment at checkout, this bumps your order to the next order in line. So this means that our suppliers will send out your order before they send out anyone else’s order. Your order will still take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but the processing time will be reduced taking 2-4 days off of the entire process.
I need to change my order….
Please keep in mind that once your order is fulfilled we cannot make any modifications to that order. If you’d like to make any modifications before the order is fulfilled then please email us here within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has already been shipped we can no longer make any modifications to your order.
I gave the wrong address….

I didn’t receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email….
Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when you’re order is actually shipped. If you didn’t receive these emails please check your SPAM or JUNK folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order.
My products arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
